Friday
I met Brett downtown around 5:15 and we talked to some crazy church people. Then Laurin and Mary showed up so we talked to them for a while. After Michael, Lydi and Kristen came all hell went loose.
It started raining...so we ran ran around in the rain. Clothing came off...We danced like no one was watching...laughed...yelled and I had the best time of my life. After a while of walking around Bay Street completely drenched, Lydia's mom came and picked us up. Kristen, Lydia and I went back to her house and watched SUPERSTAR and altered our reality.

"I'm camping!"

We went to Wal-mart and "bought" a lot of cool stuff. I got some awesome shoes....for wal-mart haha. it's my first pair of wal-mart shoes... belk... jcpennys ...mom came....went home... | | |

| ok, here's what pissing me off today.
I live in Beaufort South Carolina, a military town full of republicans in a conservative southern state. I was reading the paper this morning in my first period class and an article about gay marriage caught my eye. It talked about that state legislation deciding on a bill to ban gay marriage. I had a hunch what the result would be, but I read anyway. The Senate approve the amendment banning gay marrige..37-1....
The only sane senator was Robert Ford (D- Charleston) here's what he had to say: "People decided they needed an easy target to pick on. At one time, it was African-Americans. What they're doing today is picking on the gay community...We're not brutes; we are senators and we can be higher than that." THANK *insert deity here* A SENATOR FINALLY THINKS WITH HIS HEAD, NOT HIS BIBLE!! Too bad he's the only one!
